基于数据挖掘探讨中医药治疗中风后失眠用药规律

Discussion on Medication Law for TCM Treatment of Insomnia after Stroke Based on Data Mining

目的基于文献挖掘现代中医药处方治疗中风后失眠的组方用药规律。方法检索中国知识资源总库(CNKI)、万方数据知识服务平台(万方数据)、中文科技期刊数据库(维普网)自建库至2022年8月中医药治疗中风后失眠随机对照试验,建立中风后失眠内服方剂数据库,对纳入处方的中药使用情况进行用药频次频率分析、关联规则分析、系统聚类分析及复杂网络分析。结果共纳入文献154篇,方剂162首,涉及中药160味。单味中药使用以酸枣仁、茯苓、当归、川芎、甘草最为常见,药物性味分析发现药性以平、温居多,药味以甘、苦、辛味为主,归经以入心、肝经为主,补虚药和安神药是使用最多的药物类别。根据关联规则分析发现关联强度高的药对组合为50组,系统聚类分析可归为六大类。结论现代医家治疗中风后失眠以补虚祛邪为基本原则。

Objective To excavate medication law of the modern TCM prescriptions for the treatment of insomnia after stroke based on the literature.Methods RCTs about the TCM for the treatment of insomnia after stroke were retrieved from CNKI,Wanfang Data and VIP from the establishment to August 2022.A database of internal medication for insomnia after stroke was established.The frequency of medication,correlation rules,systematic clustering and complex network analysis of the included Chinese materia medica were analyzed.Results Totally 154 articles and 162 prescriptions were included,involving 160 types of Chinese materia medica.Analysis showed that the most common single Chinese materia medica was mainly Ziziphi Spinosae Semen,Poria,Angelicae Sinensis Radix,Chuanxiaong Rhizoma,and Glycyrrhizae Radix et Rhizoma.The analysis on property and taste found that the main properties were mild and warm and the main tastes were sweet,bitter and pungent.The meridians were mainly heart and liver meridians.The most commonly used categories of medicines were tonifying deficiency medicine and calming mind medicine.In the analysis of association rules,it was found that there were 50 medicinal groups and pairs with high correlation intensity,and 6 categories were classified in the systematic cluster analysis.Conclusion Modern TCM doctors set tonifying deficiency and eliminating pathogenic factors as the basic principle for the treatment of insomnia after stroke.
