盆腔炎性疾病后遗症中医治疗进展

Research Progress in TCM Treatment of Sequelae of Pelvic Inflammatory Diseases

盆腔炎性疾病后遗症(SPID)多是由于盆腔炎性疾病未接受规范、及时有效的治疗而发生的一系列疾病,也是不孕、输卵管妊娠的致病因素之一,严重影响妇女的生殖健康及生活质量。本文查阅近年相关文献,系统总结了中医对SPID病因病机的认识,即其根本病机为瘀血阻遏,湿热为致病因素;综述了中药内服治疗、中医外治及其他疗法联合治疗的最新进展,比较了各疗法的效果及特点;针对目前临床治疗SPID现状提出应多种方法联合治疗的建议,并继续深入研究中医治疗此病的作用机制,以期为临床提供可靠的依据。

The sequelae of pelvic inflammatory diseases(SPID)are mostly a series of diseases that occur due to pelvic inflammatory diseases not receiving standardized,timely and effective treatment,and are also one of the causative factors of infertility and tubal pregnancy,which seriously affect women's reproductive health and quality of life.In this article,the recent literature was reviewed and the understanding of TCM on the etiology and pathogenesis of SPID was systematically summarized,namely,the fundamental pathogenesis of SPID was stasis and blood blockage,and damp-heat was the causative factor;the latest progress of internal treatment with TCM,external treatment with TCM and combined treatment with other therapies was reviewed,and the effects and characteristics of each therapy was compared;it was proposed that the current clinical treatment of SPID should be combined with multiple methods,and continue to study the mechanism of action of TCM in the treatment of SPID,in order to provide a reliable basis for clinical practice.
