中医药治疗偏头痛用药规律多层次数据挖掘研究

Study on Medication Law of TCM Treatment of Migraine Based on Multi-level Data Mining

目的对中医药治疗偏头痛的方药进行数据挖掘,分析其配伍用药规律,为偏头痛的临床治疗提供思路。方法检索中国知识资源总库(CNKI)、中国学术期刊数据库(万方数据)、中文科技期刊数据库(VIP)、药智数据库、中国生物医学文献数据库(CBM)及PubMed收录的偏头痛相关文献,使用Excel2019软件提取方药信息,采用R语言、SPSS Statistics 26软件及古今医案云平台2.3.5进行用药频次、性味归经统计及关联规则分析、聚类分析、因子分析、决策树分析。结果共筛选出753首治疗偏头痛方剂,涉及中药244味,出现频次最高的单味药为川芎(621次);常用药物有川芎、白芷、白芍、甘草、当归、天麻、细辛、全蝎、柴胡等;药物属性分析显示,归肝经的药物使用最多(4356次,27.60%);关联规则分析显示,白芷配伍川芎、红花配伍桃仁为常用药对;聚类分析显示,聚为7类时较好。结论临床治疗偏头痛的核心药物以川芎为主,配伍用药以疏风解表、活血化瘀、平肝息风为主,可为偏头痛的临床研究和新药开发提供参考。

Objective To carry out data mining on the prescription law for TCM treating migraine;To provide ideas for the clinical treatment of migraine.Methods The literature about migraine was retrieved from CNKI,Wanfang Data,VIP,DRUGDATAEXPY,CBM and PubMed database.Excel 2019 software was used to gain prescription information,and the R language,SPSS Statistics 26 software and Ancient and Modern Medical Records Cloud Platform 2.3.5 were used to analyze the medicine from the aspects of frequency of medication,property and taste and meridian tropism,and conduct association rule analysis,cluster analysis,factor analysis and decision tree analysis.Results A total of 753 prescription for treating migraine were screened,including 244 kinds of Chinese medicinal herbs.The single herb with the highest frequency was Chuanxiong Rhizoma(621 times).The commonly used Chinese medicinal herbs were Chuanxiong Rhizoma,Angelicae Dahuricae Radix,Paeoniae Radix alba,Glycyrrhizae Radix et Rhizoma,Angelicae Sinensis Radix,Gastrodiae Rhizoma,Asari Radix et Rhizoma,Scorpio,Bupleuri Radix.The analysis of drug properties found that the majority drugs belong to the liver meridian(4356 times,27.60%).The association rules analysis showed that the known commonly used medicine pairs were the compatibility of Angelicae Dahuricae Radix-Chuanxiong Rhizoma,and Carthami Flos-Persicae Semen.The clustering analysis showed that the number of clustering categories was better in 7.Conclusion The core drugs for clinical treatment of migraine is mainly Chuanxiong Rhizoma,and compatible medication to expelling wind and resolving superficies syndrome,activating blood and resolving stasis,calming the liver and extinguishing wind,which can provide a certain reference for the clinical research and new drug development for migraine.
