2010-2022年中医药调控Th17/Treg平衡研究文献可视化分析

Visualization Analysis of Research Status of Th17/Treg Balance in TCM Regulation from 2010 to 2022

目的了解中医药调控Th17/Treg平衡研究热点和发展趋势。方法检索中国知识资源总库(CNKI)、中文科技期刊数据库(VIP)、中国学术期刊数据库(万方数据)和Web of Science收录的2010年1月1日-2022年4月30日中医药调控Th17/Treg平衡研究文献。采用NoteExpress3.6.0和EndNoteX9进行去重及人工筛选,采用Excel2019绘制纳入文献发文时间趋势图,采用VOSviewer1.6.18软件绘制核心作者密度视图和关键词共现分析图谱,采用CiteSpace5.8.R3软件对关键词进行聚类分析、突现分析及时间线分析。结果共纳入313篇中文文献和338篇英文文献,该领域发文量逐年增加,涉及1445名中文作者和2293名英文作者,中文文献形成了以姚成芳、刘宇、彭杰、朱小勤等为代表的研究团队,英文文献形成了以Liu Jian、Dai Zhenhua等为代表的研究团队。中、英文文献关键词各形成了10个有意义的聚类,显示该领域研究热点主要集中于哮喘、溃疡性结肠炎、多发性硬化症、类风湿关节炎等疾病;备受关注的中药复方及单体为芍药汤、左归丸、三拗汤、信筒子醌、射干苷等,针灸疗法的干预机制同样是研究热点;主要涉及TGF-β、IL-10、IL-23、Foxp3、TNF-α等因子及NF-κB、Akt等信号通路的研究。结论中医药调控Th17/Treg平衡的相关研究近年逐渐增多,发展前景良好,Th17/Treg平衡有望成为中医药治疗免疫、炎症、肿瘤等多类疾病相关研究的核心靶点,但该领域总体发文量较少,作者所在团队之间合作不甚紧密,研究者除扩大经典中药复方在该领域的研究外,对针灸疗法及穴位纳米复合水凝胶这类新颖、有效的治疗策略的机制研究亦需深入挖掘。

Objective To understand the research hotspots and development trends of TCM regulation of Th17/Treg balance.Methods The literature related to the study of TCM regulation of Th17/Treg balance from January 1,2010 to April 30,2022 was retrieved from CNKI,Wanfang and Web Of Science.Deduplication and manual screening were performed using NoteExpress 3.6.0 and EndNote X9.Excel 2019 was used to draw the trend chart of the publication time of the included literature.VOSviewer 1.6.18 software was used to draw core author density view and keyword co-occurrence analysis map.CiteSpace 5.8.R3 software was used to perform cluster analysis,emergence authors,forming research teams in the field represented by Yao Chengfang,Liu Yu,Peng Jie and Zhu Xiaoqin in Chinese literature,and research teams in the field represented by Liu Jian and Dai Zhenhua in English literature.The Chinese and English keywords formed 10 meaningful clusters each,showing that the hotspots of research in this field mainly focused on diseases such as asthma,rheumatoid arthritis,ulcerative colitis,and multiple sclerosis;the Chinese herbal compound and monomers that received much attention were Shaoyao Decoction,Zuogui Pills,San'ao Decoction,quinone,and tectoridin,etc.In addition,the intervention mechanism of acupuncture therapy was also a hotspot of research.The research mainly involving TGF-β,IL-10,IL-23,Foxp3,TNF-αand other factors and NF-κB,Akt and other signaling pathways.Conclusion The research on the TCM regulation of Th17/Treg balance is increasing yearly and has a reasonable prospect of development.Th17/Treg balance is expected to become a core target of TCM for treating various diseases such as immunity,inflammation,and tumor.Still,the overall number of publications in this field is low,and the collaboration between the authors’teams is not very close.In addition to expanding the research on classical Chinese herbal compounds in this field,researchers also need to explore the mechanisms of novel and effective therapeutic strategies such as acupuncture and acupoint nanocomposite hydrogels.
