跑台训练联合抓小丸训练对脑梗死大鼠运动功能及神经功能的影响及机制分析

摘要 目的探讨跑台训练联合抓小丸训练对脑梗死大鼠运动功能及神经功能的影响及机制分析。方法选择SD雄性大鼠75只,按照随机数字表法分为对照组、模型组、跑台组、抓小丸组、跑台联合抓小丸组,每组15只大鼠。模型组、跑台组、抓小丸组、跑台联合抓小丸组大鼠建立脑梗死模型,对照组大鼠作为假手术组,对照组、模型组大鼠造模后未进行跑台训练联合抓小丸训练,跑台组进行跑台训练,抓小丸组给予抓小丸训练,联合组给予跑台联合抓小丸训练。分析5组大鼠造模2、3、5周时的抓取成功率、运动实验评分、网屏实验评分、神经功能评分、层粘连蛋白、内皮细胞屏障抗原蛋白阳性表达水平。结果造模2、3、5周时,模型组的抓取成功率、脑缺血区的层粘连蛋白、内皮细胞屏障抗原蛋白阳性表达水平明显较对照组低,抓小丸组、跑台组、抓小丸联合组明显较模型组高,抓小丸联合组明显较抓小丸组、跑台组高,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05),抓小丸组与跑台组比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。造模2、3、5周时,模型组的运动功能评分、网屏实验评分、神经功能评分明显较对照组高,抓小丸组、跑台组、抓小丸联合组明显较模型组低,抓小丸联合组明显较抓小丸组、跑台组低,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05),抓小丸组与跑台组比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论跑台训练联合抓小丸训练可以改善脑梗死大鼠的运动功能及神经功能,可能与其可提高大鼠脑组织缺血区的层粘连蛋白、内皮细胞屏障抗原蛋白阳性表达水平有关。 Objective To investigate the effect of treadmill training combined with Xiaowan training on motor function and neurological function in rats with cerebral infarction and analyze its mechanism.Methods Seventy-five male Sprague-Dawley rats were divided into control group,model group,running platform group,grabbing small pills group and running platform combined grabbing small pills group according to the random number table method,with 15 rats in each group.Model group,the treadmill group,grasp pellet group,run with pellet group of cerebral infarction model in rats,the control group rats were as control group,control group,model group rats after building joint grasp the pellet not treadmill training training,ran a treadmill training group,grasp pellet group was given pellet training,joint group was given treadmill joint pellet training.The success rate of grasping,motion test score,screen test score,neurological function score,laminin and endothelial cell barrier antigen protein positive expression levels were analyzed at 2,3 and 5 weeks after modeling.Results After modeling for 2,3 and 5 weeks,the success rate of grasping,the positive expression level of laminin and endothelial cell barrier antigen protein in the ischemic area of the model group were significantly lower than those of the control group,the catch small pill group,the runtai group and the catch small pill combined group were significantly higher than those of the model group,and the catch small pill combined group was significantly higher than those of the catch small pill group and the runtai group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05);there was no statistically significant difference between the catch small pill group and the runtai group(P>0.05).After modeling for 2,3 and 5 weeks,the movement function of scores,screen test score,nerve function score of the model group were significantly higher than those of the control group,the catch small pill group,the runtai group and the catch small pill combined group were significantly lower than those of the model group,and the catch small pill combined group was significantly lower than those of the catch small pill group and the runtai group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05);there was no statistically significant difference between the catch small pill group and the runtai group(P>0.05).Conclusion Treadmill training combined with small pill training can improve the motor function and neurological function of rats with cerebral infarction,which may be related to the increase of the positive expression levels of laminin and endothelial cell barrier antigen protein in the ischemic area of brain tissue of rats.
