天麻钩藤饮加减配合针刺痫三针联合左乙拉西坦治疗癫痫的临床疗效观察

Clinical observation on the clinical effect of Tianma Guoteng Yin and three acupuncture needles combined with levetiracetam in the treatment of epilepsy.

目的观察天麻钩藤饮加减配合针刺痫三针联合左乙拉西坦治疗癫痫的临床疗效。方法前瞻性选择90例于2020年7月至2022年8月在黑龙江中医药大学附属第一医院就诊的癫痫患者为研究对象,随机数字表法分为研究组与对照组,每组各45例。两组患者均予左乙拉西坦治疗,研究组在此基础上予天麻钩藤饮加减联合针刺痫三针治疗。观察比较两组患者治疗后的临床疗效与脑电图疗效,以及治疗前后的SF-36评分变化。结果研究组治疗后的总有效率为93.33%,显著高于对照组(82.22%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组治疗后的脑电图好转率为88.89%,显著高于对照组(75.56%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,两组的各SF-36评分与治疗前相比,均显著升高,且研究组显著高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论天麻钩藤饮加减配合针刺痫三针联合左乙拉西坦治疗癫痫疗效确切,能够有效控制患者的临床症状,改善患者脑电图活动,使患者生活质量水平升高。

Objective To observe the clinical effect of Tianma Guoteng Yin and three acupuncture needles combined with levetiracetam in the treatment of epilepsy.Methods A total of 90 epileptic patients admitted to The First Affiliated Hospital,Heilongjiang University of Chinese Medicine from July 2020 to August 2022 were selected as study subjects and randomly divided into study group and control group,45 cases in each group.Both groups were treated with levetiracetam,and the study group was treated with Tianma Guteng Yin plus or minus combined with three acupuncture needles.The clinical efficacy and EEG efficacy of the two groups were observed and compared,as well as the changes of SF-36 scores before and after treatment.Results The total effective rate of the study group was 93.33%,which was significantly higher than that of the control group(82.22%),the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The improvement rate of EEG in the study group after treatment was 88.89%,which was significantly higher than that in the control group(75.56%),the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The SF-36 scores of the two groups after treatment were significantly increased compared with that before treatment,and the study group were significantly higher than those in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Tianma Guoteng Yin and three acupuncture needles combined with levetiracetam has definite curative effect in the treatment of epilepsy,which can effectively control the clinical symptoms of patients,improve the EEG activity of patients,and improve the quality of life of patients.
