解毒益肝方结合西医综合疗法治疗肝癌合并瘤栓临床研究

Clinical Study on Decoction for Removing Toxin and Benifiting the Liver Combined with Western Medicine Comprehensive Treatment on Liver Cancer Complicated with Tumor Thrombus

目的:观察解毒益肝方结合西医综合疗法治疗肝癌合并瘤栓的临床疗效。方法:选取2019年6月至2021年5月鲁山县人民医院治疗的肝癌合并瘤栓患者106例,按照随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组,每组53例。对照组给予西医综合治疗方案治疗,观察组在对照组治疗的基础上给予解毒益肝方治疗。观察两组患者肝癌直径、肝功能指标(谷氨酰转移酶、碱性磷酸酶及总胆红素)、不良反应、满意状况及临床疗效。结果:观察组有效率为92.45%,对照组有效率为73.58%,观察组有效率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组不良反应发生率为7.55%,对照组不良反应发生率为22.64%,观察组不良反应发生率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组治疗后肝癌直径优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组治疗后谷氨酰转移酶、碱性磷酸酶以及总胆红素水平低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:解毒益肝方结合西医综合疗法可降低肝癌合并瘤栓患者的不良反应发生率,缩小肝癌直径,改善患者肝功能。

Objective:To observe the clinical efficacy of Decoction for Removing Toxin and Benifiting the Liver combined with Western medicine comprehensive treatment on liver cancer complicated with tumor thrombus.Methods:A total of 106 patients with liver cancer and tumor thrombi treated in Lushan People's Hospital from June 2019 to May 2021 were selected and randomly divided into the control group and the observation group,with 53 cases in each group.The control group was treated with a comprehensive Western medicine treatment plan,while the observation group was additionally treated with Decoction for Removing Toxin and Benifiting the Liver on the basis of the control group.Then the diameter of liver cancer,liver function indexes(including glutamyltransferase,alkaline phosphatase,and total bilirubin),adverse reactions,satisfaction status,and clinical efficacy of two groups were observed.Results:The effective rate of the observation group was 92.45%,while that of the control group was 73.58%.The effective rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group was 7.55%,while that in the control group was 22.64%.The incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group was lower than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the diameter of liver cancer in the observation group was better than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);The levels of glutamyltransferase,alkaline phosphatase,and total bilirubin in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,and all the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Decoction for Removing Toxin and Benifiting the Liver combined with Western medicine comprehensive treatment can reduce the incidence of adverse reactions in patients with liver cancer complicated with tumor thrombus,shrink the diameter of liver cancer,and improve the liver function.
