浮针疗法治疗呼吸系统疾病的作用机理:以皮部浅刺理论为基础,五脏论为依据;以针至病所理论和刺皮刺卫理论为操作、作用方式;肺主皮毛理论中皮毛对肺的影响。浮针进针点具有非穴位性和多向性,常选择反阿是穴和肌筋膜触发点,反阿是穴实质上归属于汉代以前经络学说的内容,肌筋膜触发点具有反阿是穴穴位性质。慢性咽炎、支气管炎、慢性咳嗽这类与肌肉相关性较大的气管、咽部疾病都选择了患肌上的肌筋膜触发点作为浮针进针点,而感冒、慢性阻塞性肺疾病、哮喘这类与肌肉相关性较小的外感或肺部疾病选择穴位作为浮针进针点。目前,浮针疗法机理的研究依然不足,势必影响学科的发展,日后的工作重心应该放在大样本双盲对照实验和动物实验上,对内科病的治疗浮针进针点究竟应该选择患肌还是穴位,暂未有一个统一的标准,应尽快建立浮针治疗内科病的进针点选取原则和规范。
