Current situation of NCDs monitoring systems in China and prospects of IT-driven development

科学、准确、及时、连续的慢性病监测是慢性病防控决策和工作的起点与重要支撑,也是评价人群防控效果的依据。后疫情时代,加快加强慢性病防控已成为必然,而慢性病监测也要提速发展。蓬勃发展的新技术为解决现存的瓶颈问题以及推动慢性病监测提速发展的目标提供了动力与可行路径。

Scientific,accurate,timely and continuous monitoring of noncommunicable diseases(NCDs)is the starting point and important support for the decision-making and work of NCDs prevention and control,as well as a reliable basis for evaluating the effect of population prevention and control.In the post-COVID-19 era,it has become inevitable to strengthen and speed up the prevention and control of NCDs,and the monitoring of NCDs should also be strengthened.In view of the existing bottlenecks,the booming new technologies have provided a feasible path and impetus for promoting the development of NCDs monitoring.
