基于方庄IFOC模式的家医签约智慧监管平台设计

Design of intelligent supervision platform for family doctors'contracting service based on IFOC model in Fangzhuang

当前我国家庭医生签约服务正处于初级发展阶段,家医签约质量评价与监管等问题亟待完善。方庄社区通过构建“智慧家庭医生优化协同服务模式(IFOC)”,建立了高效联动的社区健康服务体系。依托IFOC模式,运用人工智能、大数据等技术设计了智慧慢病管理与监督平台。该系统在使用过程中将具备整合居民健康全要素信息、建立健康档案管理、疾病风险评估、健康综合评价、干预计划、远程监测、签约群体管理、服务过程管理、结果管理、远程抽检、综合报告等功能模块,实现对家医签约服务过程管理与结果管理的监管评价,为探索家医签约质量评价体系、质量监管策略研究提供方向。

At present,family doctors'contracting services in China is in the primary stage of development,therefore the quality evaluation and supervision of contracting services should be improved.The IFOC(Intelligent Family Doctor Optimized Collaborative Service)model built by the Fangzhuang Community has established an efficient and interactive community health service system.Therefore,an intelligent supervision platform for NCDs management based on IFOC model was designed by using artificial intelligence,big data,and other technologies.The platform implements the following features in operation:integrating residents'health information,establishing functional modules such as health file management,disease risk assessment,comprehensive health evaluation,intervention planning,remote monitoring,contracting group management,service process management,result management,remote sampling and comprehensive reporting,etc.The constructed platform realizes the supervision and evaluation of the process and result management of family doctors'contracting service,which provides the direction for exploring the quality evaluation system and quality supervision strategy of family doctors'contracting service.
