摘要
为充分了解疫情前后高职院校新生的心理健康状况,以浙江某高职院校2019级、2020级和2022级新生为研究对象,采用MMPI问卷进行线上心理普查测试,以学院(专业)和年段为维度对疫情前和疫情期间进行比较研究,2019级新生与2020级新生心理普查比较,心理健康数据向好。但2019级、2020级与2022级新生心理普查作比较,心理健康数据明显变差。根据研究结果,针对性地提出在高职学生心理健康教育及帮扶工作中的措施和建议。
In order to fully understand the mental health status of freshmen in higher vocational colleges before and after the epidemic,MMPI questionnaire has been used to conduct online psychological survey for sampling freshmen in a Zhejiang higher vocational college in grades 2019,2020 and 2022.A comparative study has been conducted before and during the epidemic through college(major)and year dimensions.Compared with the psychological census of freshmen in 2019 and 2020,mental health data has improved,but compared with the psychological census of freshmen in 2019,2021 and 2022,mental health data are significantly worse.According to the research results,the paper puts forward targeted measures and suggestions in the mental health education and help work for higher vocational college students.
