摘要
残疾人共同富裕是实现全体人民共同富裕的重要组成部分,其核心要义是以经济富裕为基础、以精神富足为补充、以权益保障为依托,全面满足残疾人对美好生活的向往。残疾人的经济收入不充裕、精神文化不充盈、权益保障不充分是实现共同富裕的主要障碍。社区助力残疾人共同富裕具有必然性、科学性和可能性,应通过社区以就业帮扶、社会融合、权益保障等为手段推动残疾人实现共同富裕。
Common prosperity for persons with disabilities is an important part of the common prosperity of all the Chinese people,its core is based on the economic prosperity,supplemented by the spiritual prosperity,and dependent on the protection of rights,so that to meet the disabled people's yearning for a better life comprehensively.However,the insufficient of economic income,spiritual life and rights protection of disabled people are the main obstacles for promoting common prosperity.It is inevitable,scientific and possible for communities to help persons with disabilities achieve common prosperity.We should rely on communities,integrate surrounding resources,provide services for the persons with disabilities and create an environment for their participation,so as to promote common prosperity for the persons with disabilities.
