公共图书馆新冠肺炎疫情防控主题地方文献搜集整理研究

Research on the Collection and Arrangement of Local Literature on the Theme of COVID-19 Epidemic Prevention and Control in Public Libraries

新冠肺炎疫情是继2003年“非典”疫情后我国又一重大突发公共卫生事件,各地区在疫情防控过程形成了一批相关主题文献,真实反映了区域抗疫过程,具有较高的文献价值,既可为今后可能发生的突发公共卫生事件提供重要参考、经验借鉴,也是往后进行历史研究、科学研究、宣传教育的文献资源。为保存我国抗击新冠肺炎疫情这一特殊时期形成的文献资料,各地公共图书馆应面向社会各界对抗击新冠肺炎疫情的相关文献资料开展征集工作。本文结合新冠肺炎疫情防控主题地方文献的重要性、范围、类型及特征,提出优化搜集整理工作的思考。

The epidemic situation in COVID-19 is another major public health emergency in China after the SARS epidemic in 2003.In the process of epidemic prevention and control,a number of related subject literature have been produced in various regions,which truly reflects the whole process of regional anti-epidemic,and has high literature value,which can not only provide important reference and experience for future public health emergencies,but also be literature resources for future historical research,scientific research,publicity and education.In order to preserve the literature materials formed in the special period of China’s fight against COVID-19 epidemic,local public libraries should collect the literature materials related to the fight against COVID-19 epidemic from all walks of life.The paper mainly expounds the importance,scope,types and characteristics of local literature on epidemic prevention and control in COVID-19,and puts forward some thoughts on optimizing collection and collation.
