The Present Situation and Strategy of“Services for the Visually Impaired”in Pudong Library from the Perspective of Integration of the Disabled and the Healthy

以浦东图书馆视障服务的调查和实践经验为基础,在视障项目服务的实效性上剖析浦东图书馆开展视障服务的现状和服务模式,从图书馆提供服务平台、项目化以及发展趋势等几个方面提出了当前视障服务工作的建设性意见。

Based on the investigation and practical experience of Pudong Library’s visually impaired service,the paper analyzes the current situation and service mode of Pudong Library in developing visually impaired services from the perspective of the effectiveness of the visually impaired project services.Then,the paper puts forward some constructive suggestions on the current visually impaired service work from the aspects of the service platform provided by the library,project orientation and development trend.
