Canada has established a huge library service system based on its geographical and historical factors, and has formed a public library service system, including Library of Canadian National Institute for the Blind(CNIB Library),Centre for Equitable Library Access(CELA),and National Network of Equitable Library Service(NNELS),in response to the information needs of the groups with print disability. The paper summarizes the characteristics of these three organizations, and analyzes the relationship between them.It is concluded that the service system for print-disabled groups in public libraries of Canada is horizontal, emphasizing the accessible format resources co-construction and sharing. The future system will further merge into a free and nation-wide one with abundant accessible format resources and convenient distribution service.
