某钻采船高压泥浆管路系统应力分析及设计优化 被引量:1

摘要 某钻采船是一艘具有钻探能力的地质研究船,高压泥浆和固井系统是该船的主要功能系统。为确保高压泥浆和固井系统管系在工作过程中不因应力集中导致管线破裂,本文应用CAESAR Ⅱ软件对压力高于42 MPa的系统管路进行应力分析计算,并结合船体加速度情况进行了载荷工况组合设计,根据计算结果,对系统的管线布置、支架位置等设计进行了调整优化,确保系统安全运行。 A drilling vessel is a geological research vessel with drilling capability,the high-pressure mud and cementing system is the main functional system of the vessel.In order to ensure that the high-pressure mud and cementing system piping system does not break due to stress concentration during operation,CAESAR II software was used to calculate the stress analysis of the system piping with pressures higher than 42 MPa in this paper,the calculation combined with the acceleration of the ship hull to design the combination of load conditions,and combined with the calculation results,the system piping arrangement,bracket position and other design adjustments were optimized to ensure the safe operation of the system.
