摘要
梳理近30年来教师教学360度反馈评价研究成果发现,评价价值研究停留在工具理性的判断价值,忽视了价值理性的建构与创新价值;量化研究法占大多数,质性与行动研究几乎被埋没;评价信度和效度受实施年限影响,且仅处于中低度水平;评价结果应用于教师发展优于教学绩效评估;绩效反馈有助于提升绩效却常被忽视。基于此,未来研究将以重构本土化教师教学评价价值为支点,整合量化、质性和行动研究方法,向构建第三方评价机制研究延伸、向绩效反馈研究拓展、向教师教学360度反馈评价大数据研究迈进。
Summarizing the research results of 360-degree feedback evaluation of teachers' teaching in the past 30 years,it is found that:the research on evaluation value remains focused on the judgment value of instrumental rationality,neglecting the construction and innovative value of value rationality;the quantitative research method accounts for the majority,whereas qualitative research and action research are almost buried;the reliability and validity of the evaluation are affected by the years of implementation,and are only at a low to medium level;the evaluation results are better applied to teacher development than to teaching performance evaluation;performance feedback can help improve performance,but it is often overlooked.Based on this,the future research will focus on reconstructing the value of localized teacher teaching evaluation,integrating quantitative,qualitative and action research methods,extending to the research of building a third-party evaluation mechanism,expanding to performance feedback research,and advancing to big data research on 360-degree feedback evaluation of teachers' teaching.
