高镍三元材料的掺杂改性研究及展望 被引量:4

摘要 高镍三元镍钴锰(NCM)正极材料具有较高的能量密度、可逆容量高、环境友好等优点,已成为近年来锂电材料领域的研究热点。NCM正极材料存在锂镍混排、循环稳定性能较差等缺点,制约了其在动力电池行业的发展。如何改进NCM正极材料的电化学性能,仍然需要进一步的研究。综述了近年来金属离子、非金属离子和多离子共掺杂改性NCM,阐述了不同离子掺杂对NCM正极材料结构、电化学性能的影响机理,并对NCM正极材料发展方向进行了展望。 High nickel ternary nickel-cobalt-manganese(NCM)cathode materials have become a research hotspot in the field of lithium battery materials in recent years because of their high energy density,high reversible capacity and environmental friendliness.However,NCM cathode materials have disadvantages such as lithium-nickel mixing and poor cycling stability performance,which restrict their development in the power battery industry.It still needs to improve the electrochemical performance of NCM cathode materials.In this work,the modifications of metal ion,non-metal ion and multi-ion doping in recent years were reviewed.The influence mechanism of different ion doping on the structure and electrochemical properties of NCM cathode materials was clarified.In addition,the development trend of NCM cathode materials was also pointed out.
