光引发聚氨酯微胶囊的制备及涂层自修复性能

摘要 以聚氨酯丙烯酸酯RJ423、1,6-己二醇二丙烯酸酯(HDDA)、光引发剂1173为芯材,以六亚甲基二异氰酸酯三聚体(HDI三聚体)和聚乙二醇(PEG2000)为单体合成聚氨酯壁材,采用界面聚合法制备了光引发聚氨酯自修复微胶囊。通过傅里叶变换红外光谱仪(FT-IR)、扫描电子显微镜(SEM)、热重分析仪(TG)、激光粒度分析仪以及万能拉伸试验机分别对微胶囊的结构形貌、热稳定性、粒径分布及涂层力学性能进行了测试与表征。结果表明,当芯壁比1∶1.5,乳化剂浓度1%,均化速度8000r/min,制备的微胶囊为规则的球形,且表面形貌规整,产率和包覆率分别达到52.14%、48.36%。且微胶囊均匀地分在在乳胶膜中并具有良好的自修复性能,并且在微胶囊含量为4%时乳胶膜的力学性能和自修复性能最佳。 The photoinitiated polyurethane self-healing microcapsules were prepared by interfacial polymerization method using polyurethane acrylate RJ423,1,6-hexanediol diacrylate(HDDA)and photoinitiator 1173as core materials,and HDI trimer and polyethylene glycol(PEG2000)as monomers for polyurethane wall materials.The structural morphology,thermal stability and particle size distribution of the microcapsules and the mechanical properties of the coating were tested and characterized by FT-IR,SEM,TG and universal tensile testing machine.The results showed that when the core-to-wall ratio was 1∶1.5,the concentration of emulsifier was 1%,and the homogenization rate was 8000r/min,the prepared microcapsules were regular spherical shapes,the surface morphology was regular,and the yield and coating rate reached 52.14%and 48.36%,respectively.Furthermore,the microcapsules were uniformly distributed in the latex film and had good self-healing properties,and the mechanical properties and self-healing properties of the latex film were the best when the microcapsule content was 4%.
