摘要
首先以苯甲酰肼为主要原料与异佛尔酮二异氰酸酯(IPDI)及二乙醇胺(DEA)自制一种含脲和酰胺基团的二元醇(R-2OH)。IPDI与聚碳酸酯二元醇(PCDL800)反应生成预聚物,然后添加上述制备的扩链剂R-2OH进行扩链,最后用季戊四醇三丙烯酸酯(PETA)进行封端,生成一种支链上含脲和酰胺基团的聚氨酯UV-R-PU。探究扩链剂R-2OH及其用量对聚氨酯性能的影响。结果表明,当R-2OH的添加量为15%时,聚氨酯膜的热稳定性、耐水性、附着力、拉伸强度和硬度均达最理想值。
Firstly,a kind of binary alcohol(R-2OH)containing urea and amide group was prepared with benzoyl hydrazide,isophorone diisocyanate(IPDI)and diethanolamine(DEA)as the main raw materials.Secondly,IPDI was reacted with polycarbonate diols(PCDL800)to generate a prepolymer,and then the chain extender R-2OH prepared above was added to extend the chain.Finally,pentaerythritol triacrylate(PETA)was used to block the end to obtain a polyurethane UV-R-PU containing urea and amide groups on the branch chain.The effects of chain extender R-2OH and its dosage on the properties of the polyurethane were investigated.The results showed that the thermal stability,water resistance,adhesion,tensile strength and hardness of the polyurethane film reached the optimal value when the addition of R-2OH was 15%.
