NH_(2)-MoS_(2)@BP的制备及其电催化析氢性能研究

摘要 采用液相剥离法制备二维黑磷烯纳米片(BP),将其与改性的MoS_(2)通过水热法合成得到NH_(2)-MoS_(2)@BP,利用XRD、SEM、TEM对材料的形貌结构进行表征,并通过三电极体系测试析氢性能。结果表明,NH_(2)-MoS_(2)@BP形貌呈片层结构,BP在催化剂中颗粒很小且均匀的分布在其表面。在0.5mol/L H_(2)SO_(4)溶液中,当电流密度为10mA/cm^(2)时,氨基的加入使催化剂的析氢过电位降低了20mV,BP的加入使催化剂的析氢过电位降低了90mV,塔菲尔斜率为95mV/dec,表明BP有利于改善改性MoS_(2)的催化性能。此外,连续的循环伏安测试表明NH_(2)-MoS_(2)@BP具有较好的电催化稳定性。 Two-dimensional black phosphorous nanosheets(BP)were prepared by liquid phase stripping method,and were further reacted with modified MoS_(2)to synthesize NH_(2)-MoS_(2)@BP by hydrothermal method.The morphology and structure of the materials were characterized by XRD,SEM and TEM,and the hydrogen evolution performance was tested by three-electrode system.The results showed that the morphology of NH_(2)-MoS_(2)@BP presented a lamellar structure,and the particles of BP in the catalyst were very small and evenly distributed on the surface.In 0.5mol/L H_(2)SO_(4)solution,when the current density was 10mA·cm^(-2),the addition of amino group reduced the hydrogen evolution overpotential of the catalyst by 20mV.The addition of BP reduced the hydrogen evolution overpotential of the catalyst by 90mV,and the Tafel slope was 95mV·dec^(-1),indicating that BP was beneficial to improve the catalytic performance of the modified MoS_(2).In addition,continuous cyclic voltammetry test exhibited that NH_(2)-MoS_(2)@BP had good electrocatalytic stability.
