导电聚合物离子凝胶制备与电化学驱动性能研究

摘要 基于导电聚合物的电化学驱动器具有低工作电压、制备简单、易操控及低成本的优势,在软体机器人领域具有广阔的应用前景。目前多采用添加具有高电化学活性材料的方法提高其驱动性能,但纯导电聚合物电化学驱动器的驱动应变仍小于1%。通过添加剂调控导电聚合物的微观结构,获得了一种具有高导电性(1500S/cm)、高拉伸率(47%)的导电聚合物离子凝胶,其最大驱动应变达到1.4%,优于已经报道的导电聚合物电化学驱动器。这一结果表明,导电聚合物电极的微观结构对于电化学驱动器驱动性能具有重要作用,为后续研究提供了有益的借鉴。 The electrochemical actuators based on conducting polymers possess the advantages of low operating voltage,simple preparation,easy manipulation and low cost,rendering them a broad application prospect in the field of soft robot.At present,although a variety of electroactive materials have been used to enhance their actuation performance,the output strain of pure conductive polymer electrochemical actuator is still less than 1%.In this work,a conductive polymer ionogel with high conductivity(1500S/cm)and high tensile rate(47%)was obtained by regulating the microstructure of conductive polymer through additives.The maximum output strain of this pure conductive polymer actuator had reached 1.4%,which was superior to the electrochemical actuators of conductive polymers reported.The results showed that the microstructure of conductive polymer electrode played an important role in its driving performance,which provided useful reference for the subsequent research.
