关于完善新时代教育评价同行评议制度的思考 被引量:1

Reflections on improving peer review in education faculty evaluation in the new era

摘要 新时代教育评价同行评议制度,是对人才进行公正、客观与科学评价的一种有效方式,同行评议作为学术期刊发表、学术项目资助、学术晋升评价等各类学术活动的默认评价规则,其制度也应随之强化“精准评价、分类评价、多元评价”的导向。基于同行评议对于保障与监督学术研究的重要性,对现行评价制度进行分析,指出了专家评选机制、代表作评议标准、实施与管理机制3个方面的问题及成因,并提出针对性建议。 Peer review in education faculty evaluation in the new era is an effective way to make fair,objective and rational evaluation of talents.As the default evaluation method for various academic activities such as publication in academic journals,research funding,faculty promotion,etc.,it should emphasize accuracy,classification,and diversity.In view of the importance of peer review to safeguard and supervise academic research,this paper analyzes the current evaluation system,points out its problems in terms of peer reviewer selection,representative work review criteria,and implementation and management mechanism,and puts forward corresponding suggestions.
