高等医学院校辅导员职业能力提升培训需求探究

Investigation of the need for professional training of counselors in medical colleges and universities

为了解医学院校辅导员职业能力培训现状及需求,进一步促进和完善辅导员培训工作,提升育人实效。面向28所医学院校辅导员开展问卷调查。调查结果显示,有96.03%的辅导员认为培训具有积极意义,有利于提升职业能力。在培训内容上,对心理健康教育与咨询、危机事件应对需求最强;在培训形式上,案例分析最受欢迎;在影响培训效果的因素方面,培训内容实用性最为重要。因此,对辅导员职业培训应注重实用性技能、互动体验式的培训,丰富思政教育类培训内容,完善分阶段培训制度,并结合医学院校特点融入医学知识、传统文化、医学生特点、劳育美育等相关培训,实现能力培养、知识学习与价值引领的有机统一,推动辅导员工作入脑入心。

Our research aims to investigate the status quo and the need for professional training of counselors in medical colleges and universities to improve such training and the actual effect of counselling.A questionnaire survey was thus conducted among counselors from 28 medical colleges and universities.It was found that generally speaking,96.03%of the respondents believed that such training had a positive impact on the improvement of their professional competence.To be specific,in terms of training content,the needs for mental health education and consultation and crisis management strategies were the greatest.In terms of the form of training,case study was the most popular.Furthermore,the most important factor affecting the training effect was believed to be the practicality of the training.Therefore,this study suggests that such training should focus on practical skills with interactive and experiential training methods,enrich the content of ideological and political education,and improve the phased training system.In addition,such content can be added to the training as medical knowledge,traditional culture,characteristics of medical students,labor education and aesthetic education in view of the features of medical universities.In this way,we can integrate education of knowledge,skills and values by means of counseling that influences students'heart and mind.
