摘要
广播传输质量监控是广播电台运行维护的重要职责。当前评价的方法均为二元定性评价法:正常与异常。本文提出了一种定量评价法,能够更加精确地评价广播信号的传输质量,便于定期统计,分析变化趋势,为传输质量的提升提供评价依据。
Broadcasting signal quality monitoring is a significant duty of radio stations’operation and maintenance.The Current evaluation approaches work as binary qualitative evaluation methods.Quality is either normal or abnormal.The paper proposes a quantitative evaluation method to score broadcasting quality in a precise way.The approach can facilitate regular,analyze change trends,and provide an evaluation basis for improving transmission quality.
