恩施山野菜资源调查与分析

Investigation and Analysis of Wild Vegetable Resources in Enshi

恩施植物资源十分丰富,野生蔬菜资源有所报道,但未进行系统性调查与统计,野生蔬菜资源的种类与分布尚不明朗,通过实地调查、座谈和调研,结合相关文献与书籍,调查恩施山野菜的情况,并对其种类分布、食用部位、生物学性状等进行统计分析。结果表明,恩施山野菜资源有85科、185属、227种,分别占全国的39.91%、22.70%、12.46%,占湖北省的98.84%、74.90%、53.79%;山野菜以叶菜类为主,占总数的58.59%;山野菜以草本植物为主,占总数的64.32%。恩施山野菜资源十分丰富,其营养价值和保健功效十分突出。结合实际情况,探讨了恩施山野菜资源开发利用的现状与存在的问题,并提出建议,以期促进恩施山野菜产业的发展。

Enshi is rich in plant resources.Wild vegetable resources have been reported,but systematic investigation and statistics have not been carried out,the species and distribution of wild vegetable resources are still unclear.Through field investigation,discussion and research,combined with relevant literature and books,the situation of wild vegetables in Enshi was investigated,and their species distribution,edible parts and biological traits were statistically analyzed.The results showed that there were 85 families,185 genera and 227 species of wild vegetable resources in Enshi,accounting for 39.91%,22.70%,and 12.46%of the whole country,and 98.84%,74.90%and 53.79%of Hubei province.Wild vegetables were mainly leafy vegetables,accounting for 58.59%of the total.Wild vegetables were mainly herbaceous plants,accounting for 64.32%of the total.Enshi wild vegetable resources were very rich,with outstanding nutritional value and health benefits.Combined with the actual situation,the present situation and existing problems of the development and utilization of wild vegetable resources in Enshi were discussed,and some suggestions were put forward in order to promote the development of wild vegetable industry in Enshi.
