中西医治疗猪传染性胃肠炎的有效性分析

Analysis of the effectiveness of traditional Chinese and western medicine in the treatment of transmissible gastroenteritis of swine

猪传染性胃肠炎是由猪传染性胃肠炎病毒引起的一种高度接触性消化道传染病,为二类传染病,临床主要以呕吐、水样腹泻和脱水为特征,世界动物卫生组织将其列为B类动物疫病。首先对四川省通江县生猪养殖现状进行简要分析,并概述猪传染性胃肠炎的流行病学、发病原因、临床症状,然后阐述猪传染性胃肠炎的病理变化、常用诊断方法,最后从中医治疗、西医治疗、中西医结合治疗等角度阐述猪传染性胃肠炎的常用治疗方法,同时提出猪传染性胃肠炎的预防措施,为降低猪传染性胃肠炎发病率提供参考。

Transmissible gastroenteritis of swine is a highly contagious infectious disease of digestive tract caused by transmissible gastroenteritis of swine virus.It is a Class II infectious disease,which is characterized by vomiting,watery diarrhea and dehydration in clinic.The World Organization for Animal Health lists it as a Class B animal epidemic.First,the current situation of pig breeding in Tongjiang County,Sichuan Province is briefly analyzed,and the epidemiology,pathogenesis,and clinical symptoms of transmissible gastroenteritis of swine are summarized.Then,the pathological changes and common diagnostic methods of transmissible gastroenteritis of swine are described.Finally,the common treatment methods of transmissible gastroenteritis of swine are described from the perspectives of traditional Chinese medicine,western medicine,and integrated traditional and western medicine.At the same time,preventive measures of transmissible gastroenteritis of swine are proposed,To provide reference for reducing the incidence rate of transmissible gastroenteritis of swine.
