绍兴市钢结构装配式住宅试点调查研究

近年来,钢结构住宅凭借节能环保、综合效益好、装配化高、抗震性能好等突出优势,成为我国新型城镇化建设的重要发展方向。2019年,绍兴市开始推广钢结构装配式住宅试点,历经三年,基本完成了预设目标。为进一步推进钢结构装配式建筑未来的发展,本文经过充分调研后,对当前钢结构建筑存在的问题进行了梳理,并参照现有政策,对成效进行了评价分析并提出相关建议。

In recent years,steel structure residential buildings have become an important development trend of China's new urbanization construction with outstanding advantages such as energy conservation and environmental protection,good comprehensive benefits,high assembly rates,and sound seismic performance.In 2019,Shaoxing City began a pilot project to promote steel structure prefabricated housing.After three years,the preset goal was basically achieved.In order to further promote the future development of fabricated steel structure buildings,this article has carried out research investigation of pilot work,sorted out the problems existing in current steel structure buildings,and put forward relevant suggestions based on performance evaluation of existing policies.
