摘要
本文以万科泊寓旧建筑改造方案为例,采用理论结合实践的方法,通过文献查阅、发放问卷及入户实地调研等方式得到相关资料,对城市青年群体的居住需求、生活模式与购房意愿进行分析,总结归纳青年群体对公寓居住、交往等空间的需求,并创建新的空间设计模式,提出未来青年公寓的改造策略:应在面积有限的客观条件下,提供可以居住和创业的服务式公寓,以期为今后的公寓改造设计提供借鉴。
Taking the renovation plan of the old building of Vanke Apartment as an example,this paper adopts the method of combining theory and practice,obtains relevant data through literature review,questionnaire distribution and household field survey,analyzes the living needs,living patterns and willingness to buy apartment of urban youth groups,summarizes the needs of young people for apartment living and communication space,and creates a new space design model.The renovation strategy of future youth apartments is put forward aiming at providing transformed apartments with both living and business services under the objective conditions of limited area,which could provide reference for future apartment renovation design.
