摘要
本文介绍了浠水河生态综合整治工程浠水六桥桥梁工程采用的系杆拱-预应力混凝土箱梁结构。阐述了如何根据施工技术要求,从拱脚预埋段安装、临时支撑安装、钢箱拱节段吊装、拱肋环口焊接、拱肋涂装、卸载并拆除拱圈临时支架、吊杆安装、桥梁整体面漆涂装等环节进行的施工过程控制,进而保证了钢箱拱桥的施工质量。
The tied arch-prestressed concrete box girder structure is adopted in the Xishui Sixth Bridge of Xishui River Ecological Comprehensive Treatment Project.This paper introduces how to control the construction process according to the technical requirements of construction to ensure the construction quality of the steel box arch bridge,including the installation of the embedded section of the arch foot,the installation of the temporary support,the hoisting of the steel box arch,the welding of the arch rib ring,the coating of the arch rib,the unloading and removal of the temporary support of the arch ring,the installation of the boom,and the overall paint coating of the bridge,etc.
