长江流域码头工程水下混凝土联锁护底块拆除施工技术研究与应用

摘要 一般而言,高桩码头基础采用管桩型式(PHC桩、钢管桩等),施工方法一般为打桩船施打沉放。因长江流域的江底普遍设置有混凝土联锁护底块而影响到管桩的施工,在落实环境保护和水土保持的前提下,对水下混凝土联锁护底块进行拆除即成为码头工程桩基础施工的重难点问题。结合长江流域的实际情况,阐述了如何通过优化水下混凝土联锁护底块拆除工艺,提出了一种快速、便捷拆除混凝土联锁护底块的施工方法,其可有效提高施工质量,简化施工工序,加快施工效率,同时亦可降低对水体的扰动,对环境保护和水土保持具有积极作用。所取得的经验可为其他类似工程项目提供参考。 In general,pipe piles(PHC piles,steel pipe piles,etc.)are adopted for the foundation of high-pile wharf,which usually are driven by the pile-driving barge as construction method.Concrete interlocking bottom blocks are used to be installed at the bottom of the Yangtze River Basin,which affect the construction of pipe piles.Therefore,under the premise of not affecting environmental protection and conservation of soil and water,the removal of underwater concrete interlocking bottom blocks has become a major difficulty in the construction of pile foundation in the wharf engineering.Combined with the actual situation of the Yangtze River Basin,a fast and convenient construction method for removing the underwater concrete interlocking bottom block is proposed by optimizing the removal process,which can effectively improve the construction quality,simplify the construction process,speed up the construction efficiency,reduce the disturbance to the water body,and play a positive role in environmental protection and conservation of soil and water.It can provide reference for other similar projects.
