摘要
2022年3月和7月,在云南省文山壮族苗族自治州西畴县文山国家级自然保护区内采集到无尾目(Anura)树蛙科(Rhacophoridae)棱皮树蛙属(Theloderma)物种成体标本2号,对形态特征进行了测量。经比对发现,所采集标本的形态特征与越南河江省发现的河江棱皮树蛙(Theloderma khoii)的形态特征基本一致。基于16S rRNA基因片段的系统发育分析结果显示,本次采集的标本与Th. khoii聚为一支,共享同一单倍型。因此,确定采集的标本为Th. khoii,为中国棱皮树蛙属新纪录种。
In March and July 2022,adult specimens No.2 of Theloderma specimen belonging Anura family(Rhacophori⁃dae)was collected and measured in the Wenshan National Nature Reserve of Yunnan Province(Xichou County,Wenshan Zhuang and Miao Autonomous Prefecture).Through comparison,it is found that the morphological characteristics of the col⁃lected specimens are basically consistent with the morphological characteristics of Theloderma khoii found in Ha Giang Prov⁃ince,Vietnam.Further phylogenetic analysis based on 16S rRNA gene fragments showed that the samples collected in this study were similar to Th.khoii clustered into one branch,sharing the same haplotype.Therefore,the specimen was identi⁃fied as Th.khoii,a new species distribution record of Theloderma in China.
