电子芯片企业工业用水重复利用措施研究

摘要 电子芯片制造行业是我国经济和科技发展的重要组成部分,该行业用水具有水质要求高、水量需求大等特点。上海市松江区在落实最严格水资源管理的工作中,随着区域内各电子芯片企业水平衡测试工作的陆续开展,在掌握企业各系统单元的用水工艺及特点的基础上,探析电子芯片制造企业工业用水重复利用的方法与潜力,以求在满足企业合理用水需求的前提下实现水资源的优化配置及节约用水,为同类企业节水工作的开展提供参考与借鉴。 The electronic chip manufacturing industry is an important component of China's economic and technological development,and its water consumption is characterized by high water quality requirements and large water demand.In the implementation of the strictest water resource management in Songjiang District of Shanghai,as the water balance testing work of various electronic chip enterprises in the region continues to be carried out,based on the understanding of the water use processes and characteristics of various system units in the enterprise,this paper explores the methods and potential of industrial water reuse in electronic chip manufacturing enterprises,in order to achieve optimal allocation of water resources and save water while meeting the reasonable water demand of enterprises,Provide reference and reference for similar enterprises to carry out water conservation work.
