摘要
电子芯片制造行业是我国经济和科技发展的重要组成部分,该行业用水具有水质要求高、水量需求大等特点。上海市松江区在落实最严格水资源管理的工作中,随着区域内各电子芯片企业水平衡测试工作的陆续开展,在掌握企业各系统单元的用水工艺及特点的基础上,探析电子芯片制造企业工业用水重复利用的方法与潜力,以求在满足企业合理用水需求的前提下实现水资源的优化配置及节约用水,为同类企业节水工作的开展提供参考与借鉴。
