摘要 本文通过对4#烧结环冷机三段及四段前部的热烟气设置一套机上布置的低温低压余热锅炉,配套螺杆发电机组,四段后部低温热烟气设置一套热水加热器,采用烟气全循环技术,既保证了烧结矿的冷却效果,又实现全环冷废气零排放,实现“效益型环保”。 In this paper,a set of low temperature and low pressure waste heat boilers arranged on the machine are installed for the hot flue gas in the third and fourth sections of the sintering ring cooler,along with a screw generator set.A set of hot water heaters are installed for the low-temperature hot flue gas in the rear of the fourth section,and the flue gas full circulation technology is adopted.This not only ensures the cooling effect of the sintering ore,but also achieves zero emission of the whole ring cooling exhaust gas,achieving"benefit oriented environmental protection".
