催化装置余热改造路径研究

摘要 为提高炼油厂催化装置的工作性能,降低设备运行过程中的能源消耗,以某炼油化工厂1台80万t的催化裂化装置余热锅炉为例,通过简述案例锅炉概况及设备问题,基于耗能问题与维修经验提出优化改造方案,并对改造后运行效果进行检验。实验结果表明:能够有效降低设备能耗,并且净化与废弃物排放皆可达到相关标准要求。 I n order to improve the working performance of the catalytic cracking unit in the refinery and reduce the energy consumption during the operation of the equipment,a waste heat boiler of the catalytic cracking unit with a capacity of 800000 tons in a refinery will be taken as an example.Based on the brief description of the boiler situation and equipment problems in the case,based on the energy consumption problem and maintenance experience,the optimized transformation scheme is proposed,and the operation effect after the transformation is tested.The experimental results show that the proposed method can effectively reduce the energy consumption of the equipment,and the purification and waste discharge can meet the requirements of relevant standards.
