文明形态的创造需要有与之相适应的文明观做指导。平等、互鉴、对话、包容是习近平新时代文明观的高度凝练,是提出与创造人类文明新形态的思想基础与价值导向。“平等”是消除文明偏见、推动文明进步的前提与基础,是人类文明追求的核心价值之一;“互鉴”是创造人类文明新形态的有效形式,是中国在推动构建人类命运共同体过程中开拓的多维度文明交流形式;“对话”是消解话语霸权、融合文明差异的有效途径,是人类文明进步不可或缺的交往方式和思维方式;“包容”是当代多元文明发展的鲜明时代要求,是超越文明冲突、推动文明形态演进的不竭动力。创造人类文明新形态,要坚持以平等为基础、互鉴为形式、对话为途径、包容为动力的新文明观,创造既符合中国国情又具有世界历史意义的人类文明新形态。

The creation of civilizational forms needs to be guided by a civilizational outlook that corresponds to it.Equality,mutual learning,dialogue,and inclusiveness are highly condensed in Xi Jinping’s civilization concept for a new era,which is the ideological basis and value guidance for proposing and creating a new form of human civilization“.Equality”is the prerequisite and foundation for eliminating civilization bias and promoting civilization progress,and is one of the core values pursued by human civilization.“Mutual learning”is an effective form of creating a new form of human civilization,which is a multi-dimensional form of cultural exchange pioneered by China in the process of promoting the construction of a community with a shared future for mankind.“Dialogue”is an effective way to dissolve discourse hegemony and integrate cultural differences,and is an indispensable way of communicating and thinking for the progress of human civilization.“Inclusiveness”is a distinctive requirement of contemporary multicultural development and an inexhaustible driving force for transcending civilization conflicts and promoting the evolution of civilization forms.To create a new form of human civilization,we must adhere to Xi Jinping’s civilization view for a new era based on equality,mutual appreciation,dialogue and inclusiveness,and create a new form of human civilization that is both in line with China’s national conditions and of global historical significance.
