3种方法综合评价盐旱胁迫下10个树种生理生化表现

摘要 试验通过测定桑树、白蜡、榆树、杨树、刺槐、沙柳、臭椿、苦楝、金银花、紫穗槐等10个树种在不同盐旱胁迫条件下的PN、EVAP、叶片水势、可溶性蛋白、可溶性糖、pro、MDA、SOD等8项生理指标,利用spss软件进行主成分分析和聚类分析,利用excel软件进行隶属函数评价,结果表明:桑树和苦楝在高、中、低3种土壤含盐量状况下,得分和评级均最高,具有较强的抗盐旱能力和适应性,且二者在3种土壤含盐量状况下均被聚为同一类别,表明二者在抗旱耐盐方面具有较高的相似性,抗旱耐盐能力相近;刺槐、紫穗槐在试验条件下均表现较差,与其他树种相比,抗盐耐旱能力较低;沙柳、杨树、金银花虽不如桑树和苦楝排名靠前,但表现较好;其他树种在各试验条件下呈现不稳定表现。 PN,EVAP,leaf water potential,soluble sugar,soluble protein,pro,MDA and SOD potent of ten tree species under different salt and drought stress conditions were determined.Spss software was used to make principal component analysis and cluster analysis,and excel software was used to make membership function evaluation,results showed that:Melia azedarach and mulbeny had the best manifestation under every condition and showed strong capacity against adversity,and they are all divided into the same class.It meant that they had similar points about the ability against salt and drought stress;Robinia pseudoacacia and amorpha fruticosa had quite bad performance compared with the others;Since salix mongolica,aspen and honeysuckle were not better than melia azedarach and mulbeny,they still got good marks;The other tree species were not stable on performance.
