摘要
为揭示新疆基质沥青及SBS改性沥青的发泡特性和规律,采用试验和理论分析相结合的方法,研究新疆常用90#、110#基质沥青和SBS I-C改性沥青在不同温度和用水量条件下的发泡性能。结果表明:1)总体上,基质沥青及SBS改性沥青膨胀率随用水量的增加而增大,半衰期随用水量的增加呈减小趋势;2) 90^(#)沥青在140℃~155℃、1%用水量下发泡性能良好,110^(#)沥青在130℃~140℃、2%用水量下发泡性能良好,SBS I-C改性沥青在155℃~160℃、2%用水量下发泡性能良好;3)现场铺筑试验结果显示,泡沫温拌沥青混合料面层性能良好。
In order to reveal the foaming characteristics and rules of Xinjiang matrix asphalt and SBS modified asphalt,the method of combining experimental and theoretical analysis is adopted,the foaming properties of 90#,110#base asphalt and SBS I-C modified asphalt in Xinjiang under different temperature and water consumption were studied.The results show that:1)In general,the expansion ratio of base asphalt and SBS modified asphalt increases with the increase of water consumption,and in the half-life it decreases with the increase of water consumption;2)90^(#)asphalt foams well at 140-155℃,1%water consumption;110^(#)asphalt foams well at 130-140℃,2%water consumption;and SBS I-C modified asphalt foams well at 155-160℃,2%water consumption;3)The results of site paving test show that surface performance of foamed warm mix asphalt mixture is good.
