运营公路隧道排水系统病害检查方法与技术要点 被引量:1

摘要 运营公路隧道排水系统的病害处治问题目前已经成为隧道养护的重难点,而目前尚未形成系统性的病害检查技术。结合现场实施工程案例,提出了具有普适性的运营公路隧道排水系统病害检查方法和技术要点,包括方案编制、检查实施和分析总结3个主要阶段,其中方案编制主要是搜集隧道和现场资料,编制检查实施方案;检查实施主要是采用地质雷达、内窥镜等设备针对中央排水管、纵横向排水盲管、边墙检查井和中央排水管出水口进行全面检查;分析总结主要对检查获得的资料进行整理、分析、编制报告和资料存档。该检查方法试用于某运营公路隧道排水系统检查的实际案例,取得了良好效果。 At present,the disease treatment of drainage system of highway tunnels has become a key and difficult problem in tunnel maintenance,but a systematic disease inspection technology has not formed yet.Based on a field implementation project case,a universal technical scheme for the disease inspection of the drainage system of the operating highway tunnel and technical points were proposed,including three main stages:scheme preparation,inspection implementation and analysis summary.The scheme preparation is mainly to collect the tunnel documents and on-site data to prepare the inspection implementation plan.The inspection implementation is mainly carried out for the central drainage pipe,vertical and horizontal blind drainage pipe,side wall inspection well and central drainage pipe outlet with geological radar,endoscope and other devices.Analysis and summary refers to sorting,analyzing,preparing reports and archiving the data obtained from the inspection.By applying this inspection technology and method to the drainage system inspection of a highway tunnel in operation,good results have been achieved.
