能源是国民经济和社会发展的重要物质基础,也是引起气候变化的主要因素。“巴黎气候行动规划2050”提出了巴黎2050年实现碳中和的远景目标。文章选择巴黎碳中和战略实施路径为研究对象,基于文献资料和规划文本,分析巴黎碳排放和能源消费现状,2050实现碳中和的规划目标、路线图及措施实施情况,对北京能源转型提出了建立中长期碳减排情景模型、能源领域率先低碳转型,推动重点领碳减排,加强与国际城市的交流合作的建议。

Energy is an important material basis for national economic and social development,and a major contributor to climate change."The Paris Climate Action Plan 2050 sets out the vision of Paris to achieve carbon neutrality by 2050.Based on the literature and the text of the plan,the article analyses the current situation of carbon emissions and energy consumption in Paris,the plan's objectives,roadmap and implementation of measures to achieve carbon neutrality by 2050,and proposes to establish a medium-and long-term carbon emission reduction scenario model for Beijing's energy transition,take the lead in low-carbon transition in the energy sector,take multiple measures to promote carbon emission reduction in key areas,and strengthen exchanges and cooperation with international cities.The report also proposes the establishment of a mid-and long-term carbon reduction scenario model,taking the lead in low-carbon transformation in the energy sector,taking multiple measures to promote carbon reduction in key areas and strengthening exchanges and cooperation with international cities.
