提升清洁电力占终端能源消费比重是实现经济脱碳成本最低且最有效的方式。本文梳理了北京市终端用能电气化现状及最新进展,分析了提升电气化水平面临的主要问题,明确了提升终端用能电气化水平的路径,提出了针对性措施建议,助力本市率先实现双碳目标。

Increasing the proportion of clean electricity in the final energy consumption is the lowest and most effective way to achieve economic decarbonization.This paper reviews the current situation and the latest progress of the electrification level of terminal energy utilization in Beijing;analyzes the main problems to improve the level of electrification;reveals the pathways to improve the level of electrification of terminal energy,and puts forward targeted methods and suggestions to help Beijing pioneer in achieving the carbon peaking and carbon neutrality goals.
