Sponge City Design for Balancing Projects with Different Land Properties

海绵城市设计的理念、概念和精神在国家和地方政策、规划、指南等的指引下已经广泛普及,试点城市的范围也逐渐扩大,海绵城市的设计也在审图中作为必要建设要求嵌入到工程设计中;海绵城市设计不是生硬地凑数值、指标,而是因地制宜,融入自己的思考。本文将两个不同用地性质项目进行海绵平衡设计,合理利用项目特点,助推城市绿色发展。

The concept,concept and spirit of sponge city design have been widely popularized under the guidance of national and local policies,plans,guidelines,etc.The scope of pilot cities has gradually expanded,and the design of sponge city has also been embedded in the engineering design as a necessary construction requirement in the drawing review;Sponge city design is not a rigid collection of values and indicators,but a combination of local conditions and own thinking。n this paper,two projects with different land use properties are designed for sponge balance,and the characteristics of the project are rationally utilized to promote the green development of the city.
