摘要 可持续发展及安全生产的理念越来越深入人心,电厂在传统技术条件下的安全风险较高,因此需要针对其生产技术进行改良优化。脱硝还原液氨是当前电厂制备SCR的主要技术,但其存在的安全问题管控难度较高。文章阐述了电厂脱硝还原液氨改尿素技术的原理、应用特征,探讨了尿素替代升级改造的思路、方法及应用效果,希望能为相关电厂单位提供参考。 The concept of sustainable development and safe production has become more and more popular.The safety risk of power plants under the traditional technical conditions is high,so it is necessary to improve and optimize their production technology.Denitration and reduction of liquid ammonia is the main technology for SCR preparation in power plants at present,but its existing safety problems are difficult to control.This paper describes the principle and application characteristics of the technology of replacing liquid ammonia with urea in denitration reduction in power plants,and discusses the ideas,methods and application effects of replacing and upgrading urea,hoping to provide reference for relevant power plant units.
