北方某矿井水处理工程提标改造设计

Upgrade Design of Mine Water Treatment Project in North China

本文介绍了北方煤炭矿区某矿井水处理工程提标改造设计特点。在保证出水达标前提下,设计采用先进的超滤(UF)处理工艺,这也是超滤膜在该地区的首次应用。同时,新增了石英砂过滤器、活性炭过滤器、精密过滤器、袋式过滤器和超滤系统,对现有的清水池进行改造,出水水质可达到国家地表水准Ⅲ类标准(GB3838-2002),并且企业可以回收利用。

This paper introduces the design characteristics of a mine in northern coal mining area.On the premise of ensuring the effluent standard,the design adopts advanced ultrafiltration(UF)treatment process,which is also the first application of ultrafiltration membrane in this area.At the same time,quartz sand filter,activated carbon filter,precision filter,bag filter and ultrafiltration system are added to transform the existing clear water pool,the effluent quality can reach the national surface water standard(GB3838-2002),and enterprises can recycle.
