习近平生态文明思想基于人与自然之间的认识、价值和实践关系,从认识论、价值论和方法论等层面,以“为什么建设生态文明”“建设什么样的生态文明”“怎样建设生态文明”为逻辑内核。以文明观为中心,以自然观、民生观、发展观、政绩观、治理观、共赢观为子系统,构建了内涵丰富、逻辑严密、系统完整的习近平生态文明思想理论框架。新时期,深圳被赋予建设“中国特色社会主义先行示范区”和“率先打造人与自然和谐共生的美丽中国典范”的新使命,深入践行习近平生态文明思想,展现了深圳在生态文明建设上的新作为。

Based on the understanding,value and practice of relationship between man and nature,Xi Jinping’s thought on ecological civilization answers the questions of“why to build ecological civilization”,“what kind of ecological civilization to be built”and“how to build ecological civilization”at the levels of epistemology,value theory and methodology.In the new era,Shenzhen has been entrusted with the new mission of building a“pilot demonstration area of socialism with Chinese characteristics”and“taking the lead in creating a beautiful China model of harmonious coexistence between human and nature”,Shenzhen has been deeply practicing Xi Jinping’s thought on ecological civilization,creating a safe and efficient production space,a comfortable and livable living space,and an ecological space with blue water and blue sky,and to become a pioneer of sustainable development with the quality of ecological environment reaching international advanced level.
