“十四五”时期乡村文化振兴的主体、机制及图景——基于河南省M村老年人文化协会的考察

Research on the Main Body,Mechanism and Path of the Revitalization of Rural Culture in Transformation——Based on an Investigation by the Old People's Cultural Association of M Village,Henan Province

文化振兴是乡村振兴战略的重要内容,是丰富农民精神文化需求的有效路径。在乡村社会现代化转型过程中,人口和资源外流加速,文化传承的主体、机制和动力缺少,文化发展动力不足,直接影响农民的文化生活、公共秩序及社会联结,文化振兴势在必行。老年人作为乡村社会的坚守者,利益关系和社会关系在乡村,他们关心村庄发展和文化建设,是乡村振兴的重要依靠力量,也是应对乡村文化转型之困的重要主体。可借鉴河南省M村老年人文化协会的实践,通过老年人的组织化找回乡村振兴的主体,回归乡村振兴的本质,推动文化资源整合、价值塑造和组织重构,铸造新的文化生态和公共规范,增强社会关联和合作能力,从而为乡村文化振兴、文明传承提供坚实的内生动力和社会基础。

Cultural revitalization is an important part of rural revitalization strategy,is an effective way to enrich the spiritual and cultural needs of farmers. In the process of modernization and transformation of rural society,the outflow of population and resources is accelerating,the main body,mechanism and motive force of cultural inheritance are lacking,and the motive force of cultural development is insufficient,directly affect the cultural life of farmers,public order and social links,cultural revitalization is imperative. As the adherents of the rural society,the elderly are the important force to depend on for the rural revitalization,for they are concerned about the development of villages and the construction of culture,it is also an important subject to deal with the difficulties of rural cultural transformation. We can draw lessons from the practice of the old people's cultural association in m village,find the main body of rural revitalization through the organization of the old people,return to the essence of rural revitalization,and promote the integration of cultural resources,the shaping of values and the restructuring of organizations,the new cultural ecology and public norms should be created to strengthen the ability of social association and cooperation so as to provide a solid internal motive force and Social Foundation for the revival of rural culture and the inheritance of civilization.
