摘要
以2,5,8,11-四甲基-6-十二炔-5,8-二醇作为内标物,建立气相色谱测定工业原料中2,4,7,9-四甲基-5-癸炔-4,7-二醇(TMDD)含量的方法。TMDD质量浓度在1.68~9.78 mg/mL范围内具有良好的关系,线性相关系数r=0.999 9。TMDD在80%,100%,120%水平的平均回收率为100.2%~100.5%(n=9)。该方法通过校正因子应用于实际样品的检测,专属性强,灵敏,准确度高,且内标物与TMDD分离效果好,背景干扰少,在优化TMDD工艺中能快速、准确地测定其含量。
A gas chromatography method was established to determine 2,4,7,9-tetramethyl-5-decyne-4,7-diol(TMDD)in industrial raw materials with 2,5,8,11-tetramethyl-6-dodecyne-5,8-diol used as the internal standard.The mass concentration of TMDD had a good liner relationship in the range of 1.68-9.78 mg/mL with the corelation coefficient of 0.9999.Thr average recovery of TMDD with the variation of 100.2%-100.5%(n=9).The method was applied to determination of production actually,which was highly specific,sensitive,and accurate,and had a good separation effect between the internal standard and TMDD,with less background interference.This method is suitable for the quantitative analysis of TMDD in optimize process.
