摘要
以玻璃钢制品和橡塑制品作为研究对象,分别考察了采样袋规格、充气量对袋式法挥发性有机化合物(VOC)测定结果的影响。结果表明,采样袋对VOC有一定吸附:样品一致且其它测试条件相同时,采样袋规格越大,其对VOC物质的吸附效应越大,从而导致样品VOC测定值越低;样品一致且其它测试条件相同时,充气量越大,采样袋对VOC物质的吸附效应越小,即增大充气量会减小采样袋对VOC物质的吸附。
The effect of bag specification and volume of gas charged on the volatile organic compounds(VOC)test results of sampling bag method was studied,glass fiber reinforced plastics products and rubber&plastic products being taken as the sample.The results showed that the bag had a certain adsorption of VOC:the bags size was more bigger with the greater adsorption effect on VOC when the same sample under the same other test conditions;and the more volume of gas was charged with the smaller adsorption effect of the bag on VOC when the same sample under the same other test conditions,that meaned when increased volume of gas would reduce the adsorption of VOC in the bag.
