以绝缘子玻璃件生产工艺为载体,介绍玻璃生产过程中稳定K_(2)O含量的方法,指出稳定K_(2)O引入原料的加入量、稳定熔制工艺、合理控制K2O的挥发量能保障产品质量的一致性和稳定性。

The control method of stabilizing potassium oxide content in glass insulator production is introduced.It is pointed out that the consistency and stability of product quality can be got by stabilizing the addition amount of raw materials introducing of K_(2)O introduced raw materials,stabilizing melting process and reasonably controlling the volatilization amount of K_(2)O.
