摘要
论述了测定玻璃熔体密度的二种高温成像方法(座滴法高温成像与毛细管法高温成像)和二种计算方法(液滴球层迭代法与液滴球形轮廓曲线积分法)。在此基础上,利用座滴法高温成像与液滴球层迭代法计算了玻璃纤维用典型电子纱配方E玻璃的熔体高温密度,并论述玻璃熔体高温密度在玻璃窑炉技术与玻璃高温特性测试技术上的应用。
Two high temperature imaging methods(sessile drop high temperature imaging and capillary high temperature imaging)and two calculation methods(droplet sphere layer iteration method and droplet spherical contour curve integration method)for measuring the density of glass melt were discussed.Then the high temperature density of the glass melt of the typical electronic yarn formula E for glass fiber was calculated by using the sessile drop method of high temperature imaging and the droplet sphere layer iteration method.The application of the high temperature density of the glass melt in the glass furnace technology and the glass high temperature characteristic testing technology were discussed.
